This semester, I'm sharpening my social media skills in JMC 492, also known as Social Media Practices. This week's task was a case study on a company and their social media success, and my example is Burberry. Feel free to pop over to our blog and see what I found and also what my classmates are up to. I learned a lot about the company – if you follow me on Twitter, then you know about the little incident I had with Burberry's social media director – so it was great to learn about what an awesome digital enterprise the company has created.
